According to David Jentoft of the MDEQ, the department is seeking more information after receiving a response to their notice of violation from Dorance Amos, the property owner.

The alleged wetlands violation is in regards to a service drive connected to Williams Road through what appears to be wetlands. The MDEQ is seeking more information on the nature of the development in the area.

"We issued the notice of violation because it appears that it is a wetland and we are seeking additional information about bringing the site into compliance," Jentoft said.
