The name of the victim is Lawrence Conrady Jr., 26, from the Alden area. Sheriff Johnson sends his deepest condolences to the family.

He warns that, "If you are in a fishing shanty, a deer blind or any small space and are using propane or other gas means to heat or have light, please make sure the area is well ventilated."

It is very easy to be overcome by fumes that cannot even be seen, the sheriff said.
